Last night, we reconnected with our old Family from Perusia Italian restaurant that re-opened Zibaldone Restaurant in the Tyger Waterfront. Enjoyed beautiful signature dishes Veal Saltimbocca Perusia & Lamb Shank Tortelloni cooked by real Italians Adriano and Roberto Pietrella. Thanks also for excellent service by Enrique (hope my spelling is correct!) who kept us entertained with everything interesting. WE will be Back for sure!!!

Beautiful, intimate Italian restaurant with a breathtaking view as it is situated the Tygervalley Waterfront. The waiters are welcoming, friendly and don't mind explaining the food options on the menu. The food was delicious and enough portion size. Had a pleasant time and will definitely be returning soon!

We were a party of 3 on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was very busy. The service was very quick and efficient. Our waitron was very attentive and made sure our glasses of wine were never empty. The food ordered was hot and very flavoursome. Whilst waiting for the third guest to arrive my wife and I shared the black mussels and garlic, it was great and enough to share. We then ordered the Italian sausage with Penne, Seafood Pasta with plenty of seafood and Ravioli with a Bolognaise sauce. All dishes were delicious. We ended the meal off with a Belgian Dark Chocolate fondant to share. A great evening out. Booking is essential. We also took our own wine and paid R75 corkage. We will definitely go back again.

Returned after 10 years to try their butternut, blue cheese and pancetta risotto and it was just as delicious as I remember! We had amazing service from Carla who had excellent recommendations to share. We also tried the butternut panzerotti (Carla's favourite dish) which was incredible and pork fillet which was also delicious. We'll definitely be back to try their pizza and desserts.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, delicious authentic Italian food. This restaurant offers only the best food at a decent price. Everything on the menu is specially selected and authentically Italian dishes from two knowledgeable and friendly owner-chefs. Family run and incredibly generous in every way.
